We strive to provide our buyers with 5 STAR service in all categories. We try to provide a complete and accurate description of the service or product; charge only a reasonable amount of handling when necessary, commensurate with the amount of handling performed; ship or email the documents within 4 to 10 weeks from the date of payment. Let our buyers know when their item has been shipped; we work with the buyer in the event that there is an issue or some modifications are needed in the document.
