Operating Agreement
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to participate in the Dr Kanayalal Raina Inc. Associate Program.
Enrolment in the program
To begin the enrolment process, you will submit a complete the form and send us detailed resume with speciality/ skills via our site. Please use the fields below and make your inquiry as clear and concise as possible. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
Any cost to become an associate?
No, it's a free program
Payment for work done
We do not pay any commission nor do we sell our software.
On the nature of services rendered and deliverable, an amount shall be settled and agreed upon before you undertake any work. The payment shall be made, no sooner the work is accepted by our client.
As an Associate, you will also be required to sign a document once a year stating that you have abided by the above terms.
